This reminds me of the Buddhist concept of ...Nifty! This reminds me of the Buddhist concept of 'shenpa' - that annoying enemy, irritation, habit or, as you say, 'no-ables' in life. Instead of fighting, you welcome them for tea, you befriend them. Then, as all irritants do, they get frustrated and leave, or you become friends and all is well. I REALLY like the 'yes' reflex.
